The cation-independent mannose-6-phosphate/insulin-like growth factor 2 receptor (M6P/IGF2R) is a multifunctional receptor. It is involved in a variety of cellular processes which become dysregulated in cancer. IGF2R Protein, Human, Recombinant (His & Avi), Biotinylated is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His-Avi tag. The predicted molecular weight is 164.90 kDa and the accession number is P11717.
Molecular Weight:
164.90 kDa (predicted). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 165-200 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
